This disclaimer and legal notice applies to all events held at The MilliUp Event Center in Uptown Charlotte, NC.
1. Liability
The MilliUp Event Center is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons arising out of or in connection with
any event held at the event space. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property caused by guests, vendors, or
staff; personal injury caused by accidents or negligence; and theft or loss of property.
2. Conduct
All guests and vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any guests or
vendors who violate this policy may be asked to leave the event space.
3. Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted at events held at The MilliUp Event Center only if the event is licensed to serve alcohol. All guests and
vendors must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
4. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside The MilliUp Event Center. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
5. Changes
The MilliUp Event Center reserves the right to change or modify this disclaimer and legal notice at any time.
6. Governing Law
This disclaimer and legal notice is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
7. Severability
If any provision of this disclaimer and legal notice is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from
this disclaimer and legal notice and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Entire Agreement
This disclaimer and legal notice constitutes the entire agreement between The MilliUp Event Center and any guest or vendor
regarding the use of the event space.
