The rental rate of the venue starts at $4000.00 for a rental of four hours.
This is also considered down payment minimum.
Days of operation are strictly from 9am until midnight. The size of this venue is 25000 square feet.
These funds are 100% NON REFUNDABLE at the point of exchange, so you will need to be sure you have every intention to move forward before you send your payment.
